How to buy?

1. If you want to buy a product, just press " CONTACT" in the menu

2. Write in the formular, which procuct you want to buy.

3. We send an order confirmation

4. When you have agreed, we send a proforma invoice of the amount.

5. When payment is received, we send a receipt, and send the products within 5 days.

 

How to pay?

1. Danish costumers may pay by MobilePay to Eva Leth-Nissen, cell phone no 61691521

or by transferring the money to our bank, look below.

2. Other costumers have to make a international bank transfer of the agreed amount. Remember to writhe your name and adress on the payment.

When the money is received, we send a receipt and the date your product will be send.

Buy and delivery conditions

All orders* is send with PostNord or GLS in Denmark, sending expenses is 60 DKK.Sending to Norway and Sweden Sending expenses depends on weight of the package, ask me.

Sending to other contryies we will calculate the cheapest sending calculations, ask us.

When we have received the payment your package will be send the next day or within 5 dagys.If we are not able to send it within this period we will contact you with the new date for delivery.

How to regret the buy?

By law you have the right to regret your buy. (fortrydelsesret)

If you regret the buy you may tell us you did regret the buy within 14 days after the day you received the pacjage. Call us at + 45 61691521 or write to evalethnissen@yahoo. You have to tell us clearly that you want to use your right of regret. You cannot regret only by denying receiving the package,when deliveded, you may deny receiving the package, but you also have to tell us that you do not want to receive the package.

The products must be unused and unharmed, and look exactly as you received them.

Send the products back to us in the original plast package and write your name, adress and bank account informations. We must receive them within 21 days after you received it.. After having received the products we will pay back your money excluding the sending expenses to your bank account. You pay the sending back expenses yourself.

The right to regret so not include special ordered products, only products shown for sale on this site.

 

How to complain?

If a delivered product have faults, you may send a complaint to us. Do not use the product untill we are finished with your complaint, and wait for our answer what to do.

You have right to complain untill 2 years after your buy, remember to show us your receipt.
